RMA Process

Customer must complete the REQUEST RMA FORM

Customer must describe reason for return in detail. It may be necessary to provide photos.

RMA process team may follow up for clarification during investigation process

All items needing testing are subject to a 2 week test period.

RMA Freight Charges

The customer pays for shipping when returning product.

Customers are responsible for filing claims with freight carriers for damage occurred during shipping.

Invalid or denied returns for product that does not meet the conditions specified in the return authorization will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
 

RMA Number Expiration and Cutoff Time

 RMA numbers are valid for 14 business days from the date of issuance (unless otherwise stated at time of issue).

Any RMA requests submitted after 3pm EST will be processed on the next working business day

Return Validation

VisionIT engages the customer and the RMA administrator to resolve RMA related problems.
The customer has the responsibility to engage the manufacturer for technical and application issues that may prompt an RMA (e.g. "Part doesn't work in my application.")

VisionIT refunds customer returns based on the condition of the manufacturer packaging and the specific return reason. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all opened boxes that no longer remain factory-sealed.
