All orders placed with VisionIT are subject to the following return policy:
Within 30 days - All orders are subject to 20% restocking fee.
90 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) & covered serial number warranty on all products for full refund or exchange. All equipment being returned and claimed as DOA (or other technical issues) will be tested upon arrival by our IT Department. All items needing testing are subject to a 2 week test period.
Outside of 30 days - All orders Not Returnable! (Unless serial is covered or the product is DOA, then the item must be returned within 90 days of Original Date of Sale)
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging with all original manufacturer's documents and parts included, with absolutely no damage to the manufactures box, or the returned product(s) may be refused or subject to a higher restocking fee
If you request a return and return is not received by our warehouse within 14 days then your return will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted (unless otherwise determined by our RMA Team)

VisionIT will not accept the following products as a return: CISCO Licenses, Smart-net Contracts, batteries and products that have had a Smart-net Contract registered.
