Q: Are your products Genuine and Brand New?
A: All products sold by VisionIT are 100% Genuine and Brand New Factory sealed. VisionIT.com does not sell used/refurbished equipments.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please visit our Returns section before attempting to return any merchandise. All sales are final, so please choose your products carefully unless DOA.

Q: When do your products ship?
A: VisionITonline.com provides same day shipping cut-offs Monday-Friday until 3:30 PM PST. Orders released by our credit card processor before 3:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will ship same day. All orders released after 3:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will ship the subsequent business day. Kindly note for FREE shipping UPS is VisionITonline’s preferred shipping carrier.

Q: What shipping services do you offer?

A: We can ship using UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. We can ship all methods. Please contact us directly for Blind and Double Blind Shipment instructions. We can ship on the receivers account and third party’s accounts too.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: VisionITonline will send you an email confirmation informing you of the status of your order. You will also receive a tracking number letting you know exactly where your package is.
